Authorized Brand Reps
To provide exceptional service to the industry, more so you as our customer, Botron maintains a network of authorized Brand Representatives.
Brand Reps from time to time are available for on-site visits. Botron and the Brand Rep exclusively reserve the right to schedule on-site visits within a reasonable time. You can expect from our Brand Representatives knowledgeable ESD savvy that can assist in S20.20 compliance, EPA audits, product selection and education, and in some situations training and technical support.
Botron does not warranty any claims made by authorized Brand Reps, unless documented in our terms of service. Botron is also not responsible for an damages that could incur. Authorized Brand Reps are not employees of Botron Company Inc,.

Authorized Reseller Partners
Botron is committed to providing coverage and accessibility to our entire product offering. We believe providing the customer with a full solution for their individual needs is to important to an exceptional experience. In many cases a reseller may not advertise or feature the Botron product line in its entirety. In the event you do not have access to a product offered by Botron with an authorized reseller, you may request availability directly with the reseller the procurement of your of the product(s).
We expect our authorized partners to uphold Botron specific product request to procure to you, the customer, Botron genuine branded products.
Botron does not warranty any claims made by an authorized reseller. When you purchase Botron products from an authorized reseller it is important you read and carefully follow their terms of service, sales and return policies. If they do not have accessible documentation of these policies Botron strongly recommends you request them.
We work with partners we feel best align with our philosophy to providing exceptional service and expertise. In any event you experience anything less you may file grievance directly with Botron by phone or through our internet portal. If in the event your reseller refuses to warranty or redress your grievance you may contact Botron directly if:
- You file directly with Botron within 14 days of purchase.
- Your Purchase was made from an authorized reseller within the United States.
- You can provide a valid receipt of purchase containing resellers name and address, product sku, description, quantity and price.
- Delivery confirmation receipt.
We will work closely with your authorized reseller to accommodate your grievance or request. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome.
