Botron’s Intelligent Bench Top Ionizer is internet ready and monitored with a built-in LED screen. The Intelligent Bench Top Ionizer is a high frequency unit that provides both reliability and performance. It’s lightweight and compact design combined with an adjustable blowing angle makes it a versatile bench top application. Comes with Auto Ion Balance and an Abnormal HV monitoring system.
Electrostatic discharges are typically something we cannot see, hear or smell, on the rare occasion we can feel them (think shock from touching a doorknob). Because of this, serious ESD risks exist undetected in close proximity to, or within, the workspace every day.
Botron’s Intelligent Ionizers are designed to fill this void. Equipped with dual purpose sensors that continuously monitor balance of the plasma, and detect static fields in proximity to the workbench. Our Intelligent ionizers not only will prevent static charges by neutralizing charge potential but alarm when it detects electrostatic threats — be it an ungrounded operator at or near the bench or an isolated conductor such as a chip.
