Botron’s Anti-static Sheet Protectors are available in multiple sizes and thickness. Designed for use in ESD controlled areas and rated for Class 100 cleanroom standards.
Overview
The details matter, especially in a controlled environment like an EPA. That includes charges from paper and printers, as much as it does in your document transports. Botron’s ESD Safe Sheet Protectors are low-to-no charge generating, especially when combined with our ESD Safe Binders. As you flip through documents, or keep them on the benchtop during production not only will your documents be safe from stains and dirt, they will not pose an ESD risk.
Static Dissipative
A permanent dissipative formulation greater than 35M, yet under 109, reduces triboelective effects and eliminates risks associated with triboelectric charging.
Serious Protection
Polypropylene material is acid free, humidity independent and will help prevent corrosion of documents.
Class 100 Cleanroom
Suitable for cleanrooms that maintain less than 100 particles larger than 0.5 microns per cubic foot.
