Overview
You would be shocked, literally, if you knew how much charge an everyday desktop tape dispenser can generate. This charge sit’s, builds up and becomes greater with each pull of tape. Botron’s especially treated low charge generating tape dispenser is finished with a conductive underside, that when placed on a ESD safe surface (ESD Mat) will bond the dispenser to the electrical floating point of the bench, creating a safe path to ground.
Ground Game
The steel frame and body are treated to reduce triboelectric charge, as well, provide a path to ground as to not become an isolated conductor.
Anti-Skid
A slip resistant conductive rubber base keeps your dispenser right where you want it, allowing for single hand operation.
Keep on Rollin’
The 3 available sizes make way for wider rolls of antistatic tape, or mixing and matching multiple widths on the same ESD tape dispenser.
On Guard!
A pivoting blade guard provides protection from accidental contact. When closed, it will also assist in keeping the tape secure from rolling back on itself.
