Botron’s ESD Toe Grounders come standard with a conductive 10″ ribbon. All resistors are built-in and are available in 1 MegaOhm, 2 MegaOhm or no resistor variations.
Overview
Botron’s Toe Grounders are not only designed to accommodate heeled shoes but they provide an excellent path to ground for the operator. Let’s face it, most work boots and work shoes aren’t very stylish. We all want to be on our best game at work, and for some people to feel the part — they need to look the part.

A single piece of our tough dual-layer rubber is placed under the ball of the foot, specifically designed for open top and heeled shoes.
The Silver Lining
Each Toe grounder comes with an 10” interlaced silver thread grounding ribbon, machine riveted to an molded resistor and conductive rubber cup.

Utilizing a quick lock & release buckle and elastic straps, for snug, sure fitment over the forefoot and around the heel without the downside of hook and loop blooming.
