Static Bar

Features: The Botron B488000 is a static neutralizing bar designed to control static electricity that is caused by contact and separation between surfaces in a manufacturing environment. With energy from Botron’s B487000 HV Power Supply (sold separately) on the emitters, ionization is formed between the emitter points and ground. A current limiting capacitor reduces the energy level below the threshold of shock to operators.

Air Nozzle

Features: The Botron piezoelectric ionization air nozzle is designed to eliminate static charge and other harmful contaminates. As with our other ionizers the B48NOP-S features an abnormal HV alarm and ionization indicator. It’s uniquely compact design make this unit very versatile in tight areas that require ionization.

Small Ionizer

Features: Botron’s B486110 air ionizer is a high frequency unit that provides both reliability and performance. It’s light weight and compact design combined with an adjustable blowing angle makes it a versatile bench top application. Standard equipment comes built with an on and off switch along with an auto ion balance and abnormal HV monitoring system.

Dual Fan Ionizer

Features: Botron’s B486150 dual fan air ionizer is a high frequency unit that provides both reliability and performance. Standard equipment comes built with an on and off switch along with an auto ion balance and abnormal HV monitoring system.

Ionizing Air Snake

Features: Botron’s Ionizing Air Snake is designed to neutralize static charge eliminate contaminates. It features a self contained HV power unit, foot pedal, and adjustable neck. As with all Botron ionizers, it is equipped with auto ion balance and abnormal HV alarm system.
